Minimal scar

Dr. Shahar’s preferred approach is through the arm pit. This technique leaves no scar on the breast, and placement under the muscle provides natural results and helps hide rippling. Saline and silicone implants
Saline breast implants are relatively safe, and do not have any affect on breast feeding. After surgery, moderate pain and discomfort are well controlled with medication, and the patient may return to work in 1 week.
Silicone gel implant are not available after being approved by the FDA. Dr. Shahar will discuss with you the details the difference between the saline and silicone implants.
